CELEBRATE RECOVERY

Come Experience Freedom at Openwater Church!

Celebrate Recovery is an international ministry.  It began out of Saddleback Church in California through it's founder John Baker.  The purpose of Celebrate Recovery is to help people grow in their walk with Christ through a Bilbical discipleship process using the "8 Principles" and "12 Steps". This program will help anyone who is hurting, angry, resentful, full of shame or guilt, codependent, stuck in compulsive behaviors, and any kind of addictions. (Just to name a few)

The 12 Step Program is designed to help us deal with our hurts, habits, and hangups. Through a structured program along with accountability.

We find freedom and peace when we face our struggles with the support of others. We learn new healthy ways to deal with our unhealthy behaviors, and how to love God and others better everyday in a real and practical way.

EVERY TUESDAY NIGHT:

CR Dinner: 6:30-7pm $3 Donation

Large Group: 7:00-8:00 pm

Share Groups: 8:00-9:00 pm

Free Childcare is provided!

12 STEP GROUPS

Openwater Church has yearly CR 12 step small groups.  These groups go through the four CR books.  Each participant attends weekly meetings, completes a moral inventory, writes and presents a chip testimony, and writes and presents a full testimony.  The testimonies are given in our Tuesday night service.  Those who complete this program are encouraged to give their testimonies in other local CR's.
